yesterday the internet was messed up so i could not get on! so sorry for the one day i did not blog=[
i did some stair workouts and some other cardio stuff
anyhoo-5 days down 360 to go!! it is 5 days as of yesterday.

last day: 12/26/10
weight at first: 120 lbs

So guys, last day of 2009. I think it deserves a somewhat blog. lol 2009 was a pretty good year as I can think of it. I know for sure it went by really quick. I could still remember physics class in may! haha good times. :) but anywhoo, i’m hopin for a really good 2010 too! ya for SEN10RS! <—— i think that’s reaaal cool. but i found an easier way to analyze or summarize my 2009!...

so last night i was still kinda sick but i did my workout- only i had tip toe down stairs after everyone had gone to bed so i could get a couple soup cans to punch around=]
what? my parents would have been mad if they knew i was working out despite my illness
it was arm night… obviously.

has anyone seen the bender ball commercial? well i tried to of the workouts that target my lower back and butt- it worked just as well! [WITHOUT THE BALL]
Other than that, i did some ab/back workouts.
I once heard that if you isolated certain muscles for certain days, it would be better that way…i hope it works. It just feels like its going to take much longer because i am not doing the...
so i still haven't gotten over how season finale...

I do not watch the show but my boyfriend told me about it. needless to say, he was extremely upset.

Last night i made a whole workout plan. After that, i did some really nice leg and butt workouts. my legs felt strong when i was done! it felt good!
Sunday-abs and back
Monday-arms
Tuesday-legs and butt
Wednesday-cardio
Thursday, Friday, Saturday-repeat
I really want to do this. I just hope someone out there is rooting for me…
